A: For your first class, please wear black comfortable workout clothes such as a t-shirt and leggings or shorts. Once you decide to continue, we’ll provide information on how to obtain a full uniform (gi, rashguard and belt).


Q: Can I bring my child or partner to watch a class?

A: Yes, family and friends are welcome to watch your class. Seeing you train can be a great way for them to understand and support your journey in BJJ.
